This online slideshow presentation will cover the basic principles of Bioregional Herbalism and my approach to working with plants, as well as the landscape, for healing (personal and ecological), medicine, inspiration, and well-being.

Several plants will be discussed including elder, hawthorn, alder, cleavers, mallow, St. John’s wort, and others. I will be sharing from experience as well as providing a well-rounded perspective on these plants with an eye towards developing relationship with the living plants - not just the herbal products.

The format of this Zoom presentation will be bilingual. As I share a bit in English, I will then pause to allow for Sylvain (my French co-host) to translate into French. We will be running two Zoom meetings simultaneously in order to separate the French from the English.

I will take a few questions during the presentation, translated from the French group, and answer those for everybody. Then we (the English-speaking group) will branch off and do a short Q & A to wrap things up.

I hope you all enjoy it!
